In the 45 years since he started his professional cooking career, Austrian-born Chef Karl has worked in renowned establishments from Michelin-starred restaurants to luxurious hotels across Europe and Australia, before settling in Singapore in 2004 where he helmed Flutes Restaurant, and then Restaurant Salut Private Dining in Dempsey. Throughout the years, chef Karl has amassed an impressive following of ardent aficionados of his contemporary and creative interpretations of classic European cuisine. Encouraged by regulars who have repeatedly professed to miss his delicious culinary creations, Chef Karl decided in 2023 to team up with Jessica, a prolific businesswoman who has, in the past, conceptualised, launched, and sold several successful F&B ventures such as the renowned French fine dining establishment, Salut Restaurant, and the French Japanese bar and grill, Le Binchotan
